Where are the shoes produced?

All our shoes are made in Italy, in our shoe factory located in Grottammare, in the Marche region, respecting the artisan tradition and Made in Italy quality.

What are the shipping times and costs?

We deliver via express courier, and orders arrive in Italy within 24-48 business hours. Shipping to Italy is free.

Are shipments trackable?

Yes, each order has a tracking number that you will receive via email as soon as the package is shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and PayPal.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in 3 interest-free installments via PayPal by selecting the option at checkout.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have up to 14 days to return an item. The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return request, contact us by email at shop@meline.it or by calling 0735 631349. The cost of the return is the customer's responsibility.
