Refunds and returns

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal (and withdrawal from the contract for any reason) can be exercised by the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his or her professional activity).
To exercise this right, the customer must send Meline a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods together with the authorization form that Meline will have sent to the customer.

The goods to be returned must be sent to the shop at VIA VALTESINO 307, 63066 GROTTAMMARE (AP)

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

  1. The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);
  2. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box (applying labels or adhesive tape to the original product packaging is prohibited);
  3. The shipment, until it arrives at our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
  4. The shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer-consumer.

Meline is not responsible for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments. Packages sent with cash on delivery or freight collect will not be accepted under any circumstances.

ITEM REPLACEMENT

We also offer customers the option of exchanging an item if it is in stock, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and shipping of the new item.

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REPLACEMENT EXPIRES

The right of withdrawal and replacement lapses in cases where Meline ascertains:

  1. Even partial use of the property;
  2. The absence of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
  3. The absence of integral elements of the product;
  4. Damage to the product due to causes other than its transport.

In the cases indicated above, Meline will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs.

COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

All communications or any complaints from the Customer towards Meline relating to the Purchase Contracts must be addressed to Customer Service by writing to shop@meline.it
